Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery costs vary depending on the size of the product and country of destination. You can see details of the delivery price following the country of destination in the “Delivery price” tab down below.

Orders are divided between 2 category : France and International. “France” delivery are deliveries of orders coming from mainland France - oversea territories* are not included. Every order coming from any other countries have to be ordered with the “International” delivery fee.

I am working from my studio in France, I am not responsible for any customs / duties / import taxes that may apply on shipments for any item purchased internationally. Please bear this in mind if purchasing from outside France.

When will my order arrive?

All items are dispatched from 2 to 3 business day. The shipping time depends on the country of destination. Since the parcel is sent from France, orders from Europe will take fewer times than those coming from America or Africa, for example. I always try to post as soon as possible and will send email updates.

Both national and international orders will be sent via La Poste mailing service. Currently, item delivery is taking roughly :

• 2 business days for orders from mainland France

• 4 to 8 business days for international orders.

There could be intermittent delay depending on the postal service that is out of my control. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

What payment method do you accept?

All transactions are with Paypal.

Can I track my order?

Clothing :

• all order will be shipped via a trackable service

Artworks :

• you have the option to pick a trackable or not trackable shipping

All orders are sent via La Poste mailing service.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me at hello[at]atelierpapirouge.com and I’ll do my best to cancel your order. Please include “URGENT: Cancel Order” in the mail object form.

Returns

Artworks :

• All purchases of original artworks and commissions are final & non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me.

Clothing :

• Clothes and accessories can be returned within 10 days of your order arriving (following the proof of delivery of the tracking device). Your item must be unused, unwashed, and the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.

  If you wish to return your order, please contact me to discuss your options at hello[a]altelierpapirouge.com, and include your order number and product details in the email. I will notify you once your return has been received and approved.

  
  

Do you make exchange?

I don’t make exchange, either for artworks or clothing items.

Is shipping safe?

I do absolutely everything I can to ensure so that the product(s) shipped travel safely and arrives in perfect condition. Which is why I am exclusively using a trackable shipping service for high value goods such as the clothing items.
